Role overview
WalkMe is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join its Cloud Engineering team.
The team develops WalkMe’s runtime engine and supports an online experience used by hundreds of millions of users.
The role supports WalkMe’s federal business, so U.S. citizenship is required.
What you will own
- Assist in managing deployment pipelines for smooth and efficient software releases.
- Implement and maintain observability solutions for system performance and reliability monitoring.
- Support local development environments and optimize developer workflows.
- Work with development teams to align infrastructure with project requirements.
- Improve infrastructure security through proactive measures and audits.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate and integrate technologies that improve infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar.
