Quantum Sport Analytics is seeking a Development Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role leads development projects from initial concept and feasibility through planning, execution, and completion.
The position is described as Manager / Senior, full-time, and on-site / hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Lead development projects from concept through completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and development assessments.
- Create project plans, budgets, timelines, milestones, and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, authorities, and external partners.
- Manage approvals, permits, planning requirements, and authority coordination.
- Monitor costs, schedules, risks, quality, and overall performance.
- Evaluate development opportunities and prepare investment or business recommendations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Commercial, Construction, Marketing, and Operations.
- Review designs, proposals, contracts, and technical documentation.
- Manage risks, changes, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare management reports, project updates, financial summaries, and presentations.
- Improve project value, efficiency, and commercial returns.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant real estate, business, construction, engineering, architecture, or related discipline is preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant property development, project management, construction, or real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of development processes, feasibility, budgeting, and project delivery.
- Commercial awareness, financial-analysis, project-management, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Communication, negotiation, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project-management tools.
- Knowledge of Dubai and UAE development regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
