Job Summary
Design, develop, implement, and integrate applications, systems, programs, and software.
Analyze customer and business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Medline India is seeking a full stack engineer with frontend, backend, middleware, and database expertise.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to support sprint outcomes and incremental business value.
- Collaborate with global product stakeholders and business partners to design, build, and support scalable applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code and follow coding, testing, and documentation standards.
- Drive root-cause analysis and production issue resolution with emphasis on long-term reliability.
- Implement performance optimizations at application, infrastructure, and database levels.
- Contribute to technical decisions, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Integrate and fine-tune AI and LLM models, including OpenAI and Azure AI solutions.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and support a full stack engineering culture.
