Role Overview

Work with eCommerce stakeholders to develop and maintain business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions.

Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of patterns, insights, and trends to support business decisions.

Translate business requirements into analytics solutions and report department KPIs and metrics.

Core Responsibilities

  • Produce actionable KPI reports and dashboards that identify operational improvement areas and root causes.
  • Create, review, and performance-tune accurate dashboards with meaningful visual stories.
  • Analyze data and provide insights on operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
  • Develop medium-complexity SQL queries and procedures, including SQL performance tuning.
  • Define analytics requirements with business users for eCommerce and marketing projects.
  • Participate in Agile planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad hoc report requests across business areas.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of dashboard development experience using Tableau or similar technology.
  • At least 2 years of SQL experience for data analysis and performance tuning.
  • At least 2 years of data modeling experience.
  • At least 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience focused on issues, trends, or exceptions.
  • Experience in an Agile or Scrum environment.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Python, or R.
