Role Overview
Performs intermediate-level data research and financial analysis to support business objectives.
Plans and prepares business, financial, and data analyses and presents findings to managers or project leaders.
Develops recommendations for business problems and contributes to decision-making and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Identify, extract, and analyze data to support business functions and decision-making.
- Automate manual reporting processes using Excel VBA, MS Access, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Prepare actionable reports for Product Management, Sales, and Rebate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Management, and Marketing to gather requirements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in analyses and reports.
- Validate and cross-reference data submissions and perform initial analysis.
- Manage large datasets in Excel and Access while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and Python.
- Design and implementation of Fabric Lakehouse solutions, data migration, validation, ETL pipelines, and integrations.
- SQL Server development involving queries, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and indexes.
- Python automation and data processing using libraries such as PySpark, Pandas, SQLAlchemy, PyODBC, OpenPyXL, NumPy, and Requests.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Access skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VBA, forms, queries, and reports.
- Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer-orientation, and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Two to four years of relevant experience.
