Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day detailing operations, assign tasks, and manage a team of detailers to meet daily targets.
- Perform final inspections of vehicles to ensure quality in detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, and preparation work before customer handover.
- Explain technical detailing services, packages, and care instructions clearly to clients.
- Deliver completed cars directly to customers and provide walkthroughs to support client satisfaction.
- Monitor shop safety, maintain equipment, manage detailing product inventory, and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an auto detailing supervisor or team lead.
- Strong technical knowledge of paint correction, ceramic coatings, and high-end vehicle detailing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation
- The pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
