Overview
- Support End Users PCs, workstations and network infrastructures.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, installation checklists including customer reviews.
- Attend post implementation and support service requests.
- Perform server security audits, system backup procedures and other recovery processes in accordance with the customers disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, processes and installation steps.
- Provide orientation and training to customers for all modified and newly installed systems.
- Update call management system with service timing, resolution steps performed.
- Update Implementation timesheets.
- Keep up to date on skills and certifications.
- Creating SOW for the projects and defining the prerequisites and timeline.
