Job Purpose
Lead facilities design and project activities for in-station, overseas, and designated UAE projects.
Manage fit-out, renovation, drawings, engineering planning, and design for commercial properties in accordance with company standards.
In This Role, You Will
- Analyse user requirements and develop standardized specifications and costings to support timely delivery, consistency, quality, and cost control.
- Plan, manage, and control fit-out projects while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Establish interior design standards for commercial properties and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Review and negotiate material and design approvals to maintain quality, competitive market value, and company standards.
- Monitor contractor progress against schedule, quality, design, and cost.
- Maintain building standards, manage construction and renovation activities, and develop space planning standards.
- Advise UAE and overseas user departments on construction and renovation requirements through execution and commissioning.
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture or a related field is required.
- Specialization in interior design and project management is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or a related field is required.
