I am working closely with an international consultancy in Dubai who are looking to expand their team.
Despite the ongoing challenges in the region, the company has not been majorly affected due to their market presence and deep client relationships.
I am looking for Project Managers from an Architectural background to oversee the full process from Concept to IFC in Dubai.
You must have a proven background in Architecture in the UAE having worked in design and/or multi-disc practices with a track record of managing projects.
Minimum years of experience required is 7 years post-graduate.
The consultancy has long been established in the market specialising in large Residential, Mixed-Use and Hospitality developments with some of the top developers in the UAE.
I am looking for those to lead and coordinate across all design stages, manage multi-disc teams, oversee project schedules and deliverables, manage clients and various stakeholders.
You must have a background in Architectural design having worked with international consultancies in order to be considered for the position.
I am not looking for anyone from a construction background.
The leadership team encourages growth and development.
Budget: AED 35,000-40,000
