Design Manager (Electrical)

To be successful in this role, you will bring a proven track record of managing technical risk and delivering successful outcomes in complex project environments.

Minimum 12 years post-graduate electrical engineering experience.

Minimum 5 years in a senior electrical design leadership or management role.

Extensive experience delivering major infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on utility-scale solar farms, wind farms, and BESS, alongside transmission, distribution, or utilities.

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams, engineering consultants, engineering interfaces, and stakeholder expectations.

Strong understanding of design development through all project delivery phases, from concept to commissioning.
