About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects, interior designers, and technical staff
- Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and project deliverables
- Establish design standards and ensure consistency across all projects
- Drive innovation and creative excellence within the design team
- Oversee projects from concept development through construction documentation and site execution
- Develop project schedules and monitor design progress to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensure design solutions meet project objectives, budgets, and timelines
- Review architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and material selections
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Resolve design and technical challenges during project development and execution
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or design management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Design Manager or Senior Design Lead role
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary design teams
- Excellent knowledge of design development, technical detailing, and project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization software
- Revit proficiency is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be currently based in Qatar
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
- NOC for transfer preferred

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Design Manager to lead our design team and oversee project delivery across residential, commercial, hospitality, fit out, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions.
