About the Role

Responsibilities
- Represent WW+P in the region, utilising comprehensive knowledge of WW+P project portfolio, values, and approach
- Collaborate with WW+P global studio, primarily through liaison with Middle East Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team
- Collaborate with 10N Collective and relevant Egis Business Lines to maximise working synergies and support regional growth
- Support management of design teams based in WW+P global studios as local first point of contact for clients and partners
- Build key client relationships through increased exposure and networking, establishing business opportunity
- Be a champion of user centric design philosophy, demonstrating empathy with end users
- Safeguard and evolve the identity of WW+P, ensuring output aligns with brand values and messaging
- Support and mine new business opportunities; advance client knowledge of core capabilities
- Maximise project profit returns where possible
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering excellent, award winning design on a variety of project typologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and present design concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Middle East construction market, including relevant local and international clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Leadership experience including ability to communicate with and manage remote design teams
- Strong commercial understanding and project management
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and successful implementations
