Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching design vision, philosophy, and standards for a diverse portfolio of mega projects
- Oversee all phases of design from initial master planning and conceptualization through to detailed design and construction documentation
- Act as the primary design liaison for executive leadership, government authorities, and international consultants
- Direct, inspire, and scale an elite, multidisciplinary in house design studio
- Monitor design delivery schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring mitigate design risks while maximizing commercial viability and sustainability
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in architecture, master planning, or urban design
- At least 8 years in a senior executive or directorial capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a strictly related field
- Proven history of delivering high profile, large scale mixed use, hospitality, or giga project developments
- Prior experience within the Middle East (specifically Saudi Arabia) is a distinct advantage

Job Description
- We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Design Director to spearhead our landmark development portfolio in Tabuk.
- This executive level role demands a master strategist who can translate bold, large scale concepts into iconic, sustainable Real Estate and Master Planning realities.
- You will champion design excellence, mentor a high performing team, and serve as the principal design authority for giga scale or major regional infrastructure initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overarching design vision, philosophy, and standards for a diverse portfolio of mega projects in the Tabuk region.
- Design Excellence: Oversee all phases of design from initial master planning and conceptualization through to detailed design and construction documentation ensuring unprecedented architectural quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary design liaison for executive leadership, government authorities, and international consultants, aligning project execution with overarching regional goals.
- Team Empowerment: Direct, inspire, and scale an elite, multidisciplinary in house design studio, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
- Commercial & Risk Management: Monitor design delivery schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring mitigate design risks while maximizing commercial viability and sustainability.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in architecture, master planning, or urban design, with at least 8 years in a senior executive or directorial capacity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a strictly related field from an accredited institution.
