- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in Dubai or Gulf region
- Ability to work on site and manage multiple projects

Role Overview
- MJU Engineering Consultancy is expanding the design team and inviting senior design architects to submit their application for a full time, on site Design Architect role in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural solutions for interior and exterior projects.
- Prepare design presentations, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic designs.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues, support site coordination, and help maintain project timelines and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and technical details.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and strong visual presentation skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and permitting processes in Dubai or the Gulf region is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple projects or deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and design quality.
