- Mentor team of designers, oversee design standards, and contribute to business development through design presentations and proposals.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture, with a proven track record of delivering high quality design solutions.
- Experience in Design Management, including leading project teams, managing workflows, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in developing and reviewing Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
- Background in Interior Design, with the ability to integrate interior concepts seamlessly with overall architectural vision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Strong skills in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling tools).
- Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and permitting procedures in Dubai or the wider Gulf region is highly beneficial.

Role Overview
- The Architectural Design Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for leading architectural and interior design projects from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation.
