Leadership and Operations
- Support culture, ethical standards, accountability, and operational communication across the India hub.
- Act as a visible leader for the India team and promote engagement, transparency, and accountability.
- Serve as Acting General Manager when the General Manager is absent.
- Build internal and external networks supporting business objectives.
- Coordinate performance across retention, engagement, revenue growth, OTIF delivery, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and opportunity conversion.
