- Inspire and motivate the team, organize scheduling, and integrate new team members
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized service and CRM strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewellery industry
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; other language is a plus

Role Overview
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sustainable business ambitions by ensuring excellent boutique operations and supporting in the Boutique Manager responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with Group policies, manage safety and security, oversee boutique operations, inventory management, administration, and daily operations.
- Commercial Target: Partner with Boutique Manager to achieve boutique objectives (turnover, client portfolio development), understand KPIs, represent the Maison, and achieve individual targets.
- Transmit Your Passion: Inspire and motivate the team, organize scheduling, provide training on Jaeger LeCoultre history and collections, and support colleagues.
- Cultivate Lasting Client Relationships: Demonstrate leadership in client advising, elevate the client journey, implement CRM strategies, and ensure customer service excellence.
What Do You Bring to the Team?
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewellery industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; other language is a plus.
