Commercial Target

  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
  • Understand boutique KPIs and follow related action plans.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment.
  • Confidently handle sales transactions, including processing payments and handling returns.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and securing products.
  • Build operational knowledge on all digital tools.
  • Adhere to Maison commercial policy and rules.
  • Adhere to security protocols and loss prevention measures.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.

Cultivate Lasting Client Relationships

  • Proactively engage with clients entering the boutique.
  • Identify client needs and preferences through active listening.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand client network through referrals.
  • Maintain client database and proactively manage client relationships.
  • Invite clients to private events and previews.
  • Provide exceptional after sales service.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Transmit Your Passion

  • Provide in depth knowledge of Jaeger LeCoultre history, collections, and technical specifications.
  • Present and demonstrate timepieces with passion and expertise.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
  • Represent the Maison with sophistication at exclusive events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve boutique goals.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

What Do You Bring to the Team?

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watchmaking or jewellery industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and expand a network of high net worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English. Other language is a plus.
