Deputy Boutique Manager Purpose Jointly with the Boutique Manager, the Deputy Boutique Manager drive sales through the performance and development of the Sales Team. Ensures the delivery of exceptional operational, commercial and customer service standards Key Accountabilities Strategy Implementation Assists the Boutique Manager in executing strategies to increase store traffic; optimize profitability; develop high potential customers; Promote brand awareness, establish market/store presence, and capture competitive market share. Customer Experience Works with the Boutique Manager to lead the team in executing an exceptional customer service experience and create memorable moments by exceeding their expectations; Monitor and track all customer daily appointments and be present during appointments to ensure the most elevated customer experience is being offered. Resolves customer complaints and responds to comments in a timely and professional manner. Sales/ Revenue Management Work with the Boutique Manager to drive and maximize sales performance of the team to consistently achieve. Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with VICs Works with the Boutique Manager to communicate company set KPI’s; identifies and implements strategies to ensure performance standards are met for all the KPI's. Store Management - Operations Assists the Boutique Manager to manage operations by supporting and ensuring compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedure. Maintains proper loss prevention standards and ensure compliance with cash handling, safe and deposits procedures Supports company maintenance standards/programs to optimize asset life. Ensures merchandise is secure by developing and implementing security measures and monitoring surveillance equipment. Promotes safe work habits, identifies and resolves safety hazards. Stock Management Assists the Boutique Manager in identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapports with potential and existing customers Conducts regular stock takes and store operations audits to ensure compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures. People Management Works with the Boutique Manager to manage the allocation of staff resources and scheduling to effectively drive sales and ensure excellent customer service. Create and maintain a positive and professional team environment. Works with the Boutique Manager to implement effective communication channels within and outside the store Provides on-going training and development to the team in the area of operating standards, customer service and product knowledge. Works with the Boutique Manager to develop team members by establishing specific performance objectives, regularly measuring performance and conducting evidenced performance review feedback sessions. Other Tasks Provide support to marketing to ensure customer representation in events Maintains awareness of market trends and competition. Shares recommendation with Line Manager. Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships. Model the AS&S image through grooming standards per the AS&S grooming standards. Purpose

Key Accountabilities
