We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Kitchen Department Manager to lead our kitchen sales team and drive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer experience and promoting our premium-branded kitchen solutions.

The Kitchen Department Manager is responsible for leading the kitchen department's operations, driving sales of branded kitchen products, managing the team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction from design to delivery.

· Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Drive sales of branded kitchen products, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

· Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on kitchen designs, materials, and appliances.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities. and customer preferences.

· Ensure showroom and displays are updated and reflect current trends and brands.

· Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Achieve department KPIs, including sales, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.

· Strong leadership and team management

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Sales-driven with a passion for interiors and kitchens

· Strong negotiation and closing skills

· Good knowledge of kitchen products, materials, appliances, and accessories

· Ability to read and understand kitchen designs and layouts

· Minimum 10 Years of sales experience in premium brands of kitchen and wardrobes.

· Experience in a Kitchen, furniture and interiors industry is preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is an advantage.
