Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the daily production of bakery and pastry items
- Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis I, or similar role in a bakery, pastry kitchen, hotel, or food manufacturing facility
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Baking, or Pastry is preferred
- Good knowledge of bakery and pastry production techniques
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production schedules
- Willingness to work flexible shifts when required

Key Responsibilities

- Follow all company policies, food safety regulations, and HACCP procedures.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Baking, or Pastry is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis I, or similar role in a bakery, pastry kitchen, hotel, or food manufacturing facility.
- Good knowledge of bakery and pastry production techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
