Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy
- Support transportation planning and optimize delivery schedules
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations
- Analyze logistics performance and prepare reports for management
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service
- Supervise logistics personnel and provide guidance to achieve departmental objectives
- Handle logistics related issues and implement effective solutions promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
