- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely service during all meal periods
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Participate in inventory control and minimize food wastage
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude within the team and towards guests
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a 5 star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
- Sound knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Diploma or certification from a recognized culinary school is preferred
- Good understanding of sanitation, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Must be currently in UAE

- Our client, a prestigious 5 star luxury hotel in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5 Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment and will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high quality dishes.
- The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, ensuring consistency and excellence in all culinary outputs.
