Culinary qualification or diploma

Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel and/or resort

Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations

Understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Ability to follow recipes, specifications, and presentation standards accurately

Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Passion for quality, consistency, and culinary excellence

Good attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop
