Primary responsibilities
- Own the demand generation engine across paid search and social, SEO, content distribution, webinars, and lifecycle nurture programmes.
- Carry marketing-sourced pipeline targets and own the MQL-to-SQL funnel, including the handoff process and SLAs with the sales team.
- Build and manage marketing automation, lead scoring, and routing in HubSpot.
- Design and execute segment-specific campaigns across CloudLabs' buyer groups: training providers, ISVs, system integrators, enterprise, and education.
- Report on CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI — and continuously optimise spend based on what's working.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing on messaging and with Sales on lead quality standards.
What you bring
4+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or a technical/IT training-adjacent space.
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), paid media, and performance analytics.
Proven pipeline contribution — be ready to talk numbers.
A test-and-learn mindset with a strong command of funnel metrics.
Nice to have
Experience marketing to technical buyers or within the Microsoft partner and cloud ecosystem.
