About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements
- Oversee construction contracts and liaise with contractors to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and problem solving approaches to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to track construction status and address any deviations
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phases
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including communication and reporting to senior management and external partners
- Drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site to promote a safe working environment
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in construction delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large scale and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project management principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross functional teams effectively
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and project management tools
- Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is advantageous
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
