About the Role
Medicals International is hiring a Delivery Officer to deliver customer orders, collect payments, and maintain the company vehicle in Dubai. The role requires a valid driving license, knowledge of local roads, and physical fitness for loading/unloading.

- Deliver customer orders according to assigned schedules and delivery routes
- Obtain customer signatures on invoices as proof of delivery
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable team to collect outstanding payments
- Maintain regular communication with Customer Service Manager regarding delivery status
- Submit collected payments to Accounts Receivable department daily
- Ensure company vehicle is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Assist with delivering and collecting documents from government agencies and other organizations
Requirements
- High school education (certificate not mandatory)
- Valid driving license
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and geographical areas
- Strong sense of direction and time management skills
- Self motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and capable of driving for extended periods
- Able to load, unload, and carry boxes weighing up to 20 kg
