Responsibilities
- Lead End to End QA delivery for Digital Channels Projects: Retail and Corporate Internet Banking, APIs/Open Banking, Payments, Digital Onboarding
- Define QA strategy, test approach, plans, estimates, schedules and budgets
- Own test management across SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, Security, Performance, and Regulatory Testing
- Drive defect management, traceability, test coverage, and quality metrics
- Govern release readiness, go/no go decisions, and production sign offs
- Engage with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, and CXO leadership
- Lead QA governance forums, steering committee updates, and executive reporting
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Manage onsite offshore QA teams
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in leading enterprise scale QA delivery
- Experience in Digital Banking channels portfolio
- Strong domain knowledge in Mobile & Internet Banking, API/Open Banking, Payments, Digital Onboarding
- Knowledge of compliance standards: RBI / CBUAE / MAS, PCI DSS, security standards
- Experience in RFP/SOW reviews, SLAs, and delivery commitments

Role Overview

- Ensure compliance with RBI / CBUAE / MAS, PCI DSS, and security standards.
Commercial Management
- RFP/SOW reviews, SLAs, and delivery commitments.
