About the Role
Etihad Airways seeks a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology products and self-service portfolio across Airport Operations. The role manages projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver self-service kiosks, bag drop, biometrics, and Amadeus PSS platforms.

- Lead delivery of Airport Operations Self service technology projects within scope, budget, timeline, and quality targets
- Manage enhancements and implementations across Self service check in kiosk, Self service Bag drop, Lounge access system, Roaming agent, Biometrics, Amadeus PSS related platforms
- Work closely with Airport Operations, Ground Services, and Technology teams to define and deliver solutions
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance activities
- Drive vendor and supplier performance, ensuring successful delivery and operational readiness
- Oversee scope, change control, testing, deployment, and business adoption activities
- Track benefits realisation and continuously identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Lead incident governance, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives
- Apply Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies to suit project and business needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering technology projects within airline, airport, aviation, or transportation sector
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong experience with Amadeus PSS Self Service, Self Service Check In kiosk & Bag Drop, or Biometric Passenger Processing
- Proven track record managing suppliers and third party technology partners
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, or similar delivery tools
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple concurrent priorities under pressure

Synopsis
- Reporting to the Product Manager, the Delivery Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of technology products and Self service portfolio across the Airport Operations.
- The role ensures successful delivery of operational technology initiatives while maintaining system stability, operational resilience, and alignment with business objectives.
- The Self service portfolio includes Self service check in kiosks, Self service Bag drop, Lounge access system, Roaming agent, Biometrics, Amadeus PSS related platforms and Lounge access system.

Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience delivering technology projects within the airline, airport, aviation, or transportation sector.

- Strong experience with one or more of the following: Amadeus PSS self Service, Self Service Check In kiosk & Bag Drop, Biometric Passenger Processing.
- Proven track record managing suppliers and third party technology partners.
