Delivery and Ops Executive - Learning

We are looking for a Delivery & Operations Executive – Learning to support the smooth and efficient delivery of training programs.

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day learning operations, coordinating learners and instructors, maintaining training data and schedules, supporting channel partners, and ensuring a seamless experience across the training lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong training/learning operations or coordination experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Support the end-to-end administration of public and private training programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, learner enrolments, and session logistics.
• Manage learner communications, including training invitations, reminders, and course-
• related updates.
• Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and operational data in Salesforce.
• Generate and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.
• Assist in coordinating instructor schedules, training logistics, and classroom requirements.
• Publish and maintain course schedules and information on certification and partner portals.
• Support the maintenance of course catalogues, training content, and related documentation.
• Assist in managing trainer credentials, certification records, and accreditation
• requirements.Support channel partner administration, including onboarding, quotations, and operational requests.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
