Role Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated Debt Collection Officer to join its team.
Requirements
- Candidates need 6 months to 1 year of debt collection experience.
- Excellent communication skills are required in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to achieve monthly collection targets.
- A UAE driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
