Bolt Fix Technical Services LLC is hiring a Data & IT Operations Executive to support debt collection operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage client allocation files and assign accounts to agents based on nationality, language, portfolio, aging, and other criteria
- Maintain accurate customer/account data and daily MIS reports
- Manage CRM users, access rights, and data permissions
- Monitor and control data access to prevent data leakage or unauthorized sharing
- Support data security, confidentiality, backup, and access-control procedures
- Prepare agent-wise allocation and performance reports
- Coordinate with IT/CRM providers for system issues and improvements
- Support automation of allocation and reporting processes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT, MIS, Data Management, CRM, Banking, BPO, or Debt Collection
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or CRM systems
- Basic understanding of data protection and information security
- Highly organized, analytical, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential customer and financial information
