Role Overview
Bolt Fix Technical Services LLC is hiring Collection Officers / Debt Collectors in the UAE.
The role focuses on recovering outstanding customer payments, managing assigned accounts, and achieving collection targets.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of UAE experience in debt collection is required.
- UAE collection experience is essential.
- Experience with banking portfolios, financial institutions, or collection agencies is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and customer-handling skills are required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Follow up on assigned accounts and payment commitments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Provide regular updates on assigned portfolios.
