Responsibilities
- Develop and execute dealer network strategies aligned with organizational objectives, market expansion plans, and commercial growth targets.
- Manage the performance, development, and operational excellence of authorized dealers, distributors, and retail partners across assigned territories.
- Identify, evaluate, recruit, onboard, and support new dealer partners to strengthen network coverage and maximize market opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, after sales, supply chain, customer experience, product management, and executive leadership to implement dealer network initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including dealer sales, market share, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory turnover, service quality, warranty performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct dealer business reviews, operational audits, financial performance assessments, and market analyses to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
- Develop dealer business plans, sales forecasts, performance targets, incentive programs, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with dealer agreements, brand standards, operational policies, regulatory requirements, and customer service expectations across the network.
- Support dealer capability development through training, coaching, operational guidance, digital transformation initiatives, and best practice sharing.
- Utilize DMS, CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and business intelligence tools to monitor dealer performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare dealer network reports, executive dashboards, territory performance analyses, strategic business reviews, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional dealer managers, dealer development specialists, and cross functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, Automotive Management, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in dealer network management, dealer development, channel management, business development, sales leadership, or related commercial roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing dealer networks, regional operations, or partner performance programs preferred.
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, channel management, retail sales, customer experience, business planning, financial performance analysis, contract management, and network optimization.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong leadership, commercial, analytical, negotiation, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, relationship building, coaching, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments with frequent travel as required.

- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional certifications in Sales Management, Channel Management, Dealer Operations, or equivalent are advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in dealer network management, dealer development, channel management, business development, sales leadership, or related commercial roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing dealer networks, regional operations, or partner performance programs preferred.
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, channel management, retail sales, customer experience, business planning, financial performance analysis, contract management, and network optimization.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with automotive, heavy equipment, industrial products, consumer goods, franchise operations, digital retailing, and AI powered sales analytics is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, commercial, analytical, negotiation, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, relationship building, coaching, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to develop a high performing dealer network while balancing commercial success, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency.
