About the Role

- Perform all activities related to testing and validation of equipment, installation, or plant according to design objectives or operational specifications
- Expand knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy; may include support roles in specialized technical knowledge areas
- Understand basic operational factors and use this understanding to accomplish own work
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework; solve problems requiring good technical knowledge and judgment according to established procedures
- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as interface between customer and GE Vernova; explain technical information to colleagues
Requirements
- Basic experience with the function and digital audio workstation (DAW)
- Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or bachelor's degree with experience)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving skills

Rôles et responsabilités
- All activities related to testing and validation of equipment, installation, or plant according to design objectives or operational specifications. Includes performance services and performance tests.
- Expand knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles in specialized technical knowledge areas. Pursue acquisition of high level knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key operational factors; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Solves problems in situations requiring good technical knowledge and judgment according to established procedures. Consults more experienced team members for issues outside instructions or defined parameters.
- Requires good interpersonal relationships and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as interface between customer and GE Vernova. Explains technical information to colleagues.
Qualifications De Base
- For roles outside the US: Basic experience with the function and digital audio workstation. Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree in an accredited university (or bachelor's degree with experience in a relevant field).
- For roles in the US: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience in the function).
