Overview

Bordo Mavi is looking for a talented and motivated **Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)** with experience in **Mediterranean cuisine** to join our dynamic kitchen team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a designated kitchen section
  • Prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes according to standard recipes
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Handle daily mise en place and food preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during service
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
  • Work collaboratively with the team

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as DCDP or Commis I in Mediterranean cuisine
  • Knowledge of Turkish, Greek, or Levantine dishes preferred
  • Experience in high-volume or casual dining restaurants
  • Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
  • Basic English communication skills
