Nolus Restaurant LLC is hiring a DCDP (Chef de Partie) for its kitchen team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role focuses on grill, hot kitchen, and salad sections while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
- Manage assigned grill, hot kitchen, and salad sections.
- Maintain preparation, portioning, presentation, and dish consistency.
- Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Store, label, and rotate food items properly.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef or Sous Chef.
- Minimize food waste and maintain portion control.
- Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate with kitchen colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen equipment.
Requirements
- Previous UAE restaurant experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in grill, hot kitchen, and salad sections is required.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant is required.
- Teamwork, communication, kitchen hygiene, and food safety knowledge are required.

- The position is full-time.
