Dayforce Administrator

● Platform Mastery: Demonstrable expertise in managing the Dayforce HCM ecosystem, specifically across Core HR, Payroll, and Learning modules.

● Security Architecture: Advanced capability in configuring robust security architectures, including automated controls, role permissions, and session isolation parameters to ensure strict compliance.

● Technical Integration: Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture, including data schemas, middleware, and integration methods required for seamless system connectivity.

● Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage professional services and SaaS vendor relationships, holding external partners strictly accountable to established technical SLAs.

● Operational Execution: A consistent track record of translating technology strategies into stable, compliant operational plans while maintaining full ownership of platform performance.

● Stakeholder Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical development teams and corporate stakeholders (Finance, HR) by clearly articulating complex technical issues and progress.

● Platform Stabilization (6 Months): Achieve and maintain a high user satisfaction score regarding the stability, security, and profile isolation configurations of the Dayforce platform post-separation.

● System Optimization & Efficiency (12 Months): Partner with HR to deliver technical automation projects that measurably optimize core business processes, reducing manual data intervention and increasing operational velocity.

● Operational Excellence (Ongoing): Deliver all ongoing platform changes, security updates, and routine maintenance with a low disruption rate to critical financial close and payroll processing operations.
