Responsibilities
- Analyze and establish program parameters: evaluate hyperscale stakeholder requirements to define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Lead hyperscale pilot programs through full lifecycle (intake, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, closing)
- Drive program execution and mitigate risk: build program trackers, develop risk mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans
- Deliver exceptional customer experience: maintain rigorous standards of customer service throughout program lifecycle
- Document and streamline processes: create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on learnings from pilot programs
Requirements
- Significant experience in a project or program management role, with demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements independently
- Post secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (CAPM or PMP certification is a strong asset)
- Background in the AI data services industry with direct exposure to hyperscale customers is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of full lifecycle project management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation
- Hands on experience with Google Workspace, enterprise project management tools, and CRM platforms
- Proven strengths in Customer Focus, Agile Methodology, and Strategic Direction and Execution

About the Role
- As Dataset Program Manager, you will combine strong program management and deep customer focus to execute hyperscale pilot programs.
- You will report to the VP, Delivery & Operations and act as a Subject Matter Expert to deliver complex dataset workstreams on time.
- This role is suited for someone organized, delivery focused, and comfortable operating independently in a fast moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and Establish Program Parameters: Evaluate hyperscale stakeholder requirements to define clear program scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Lead Hyperscale Pilot Programs: Direct dynamic dataset programs through full lifecycle.
- Drive Program Execution & Mitigate Risk: Build program trackers, develop risk mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans.
- Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Maintain rigorous standards of customer service.
- Document and Streamline Processes: Create and refine SOPs based on learnings.
What You Bring
- Significant experience in a project or program management role.
- Post secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Background in AI data services industry with hyperscale customer exposure preferred.
- Solid understanding of full lifecycle project management.
- Hands on experience with Google Workspace, enterprise project management tools, and CRM platforms.
- Proven strengths in Customer Focus, Agile Methodology, and Strategic Direction and Execution.

Compensation
- Canada: CAD 90,000 – CAD 115,000 per annum.
