Data Visualization & Reporting Engineer

Establish a standardized service-centered reporting framework with clearly defined KPIs and dashboards

Deliver and maintain scalable analytical data products aligned with the Service roadmap

Increase dashboard adoption and usage across Service organization

Reduce manual reporting efforts by automation and standardization of reporting processes

Strengthen the role of Service Analytics as a data consulting partner within the business

Identify and deliver high-value data use cases that directly support business performance improvement

2–3 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence

Strong experience or affinity with Qlik (preferred) and/or Power BI dashboarding and reporting

Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and potential data issues

Ability to translate business needs into clear KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights

Ability and interest to quickly learn about the business processes in Service in which the data is created and/or used.

Familiarity with data engineering concepts (data modelling)

Strong awareness of data consumers and reporting usability

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to cooperate & collaborate with team members, Business Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and Data Consumers to ensure correct business input as well as successful validation and application of the delivered analytical products

Ambition to grow into a business-facing data consultant
