Maintenance & Operations Manager
At a Glance
As the Maintenance & Operations Manager, based in Western Sydney, NSW, you will lead the establishment and ongoing operation of one of Australia's most advanced automated distribution facilities.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build a maintenance and operations team from the ground up, drive system performance, and ensure the successful launch and long-term operation of a highly automated warehouse featuring industry-leading material handling and automation technology.
Your Impact
- Establish, recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing maintenance and operations team for a major greenfield automated logistics site.
- Lead the successful transition from project delivery to operational service, ensuring site readiness before go-live.
- Drive system performance through achievement of KPIs across uptime, OEE, reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and continuously improve maintenance strategies, asset management frameworks, and spare parts processes.
- Act as the primary customer contact for operational performance, service delivery, escalations, and incident management.
