About the Role

AI and ML Model Development

• Execute proofs of concept and minimum viable products for AI and machine learning projects.
• Develop and refine supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
• Build and deploy large language model, retrieval-augmented generation, and chatbot solutions.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models into enterprise applications.

Data and Model Operations

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data and conduct exploratory data analysis.
• Evaluate model performance, fine-tune algorithms, and monitor Generative AI outputs for bias, hallucinations, and accuracy.
• Work with data engineers on data pipelines and infrastructure and implement feedback loops for improvement.

Collaboration and Learning

• Work with the AI Lead and cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives.
• Document development processes, code, and findings and contribute to AI and machine learning best practices.
