Data Science Manager

Lead the team in designing success metrics and building reliable, multi-functional datasets from raw data; coach team members on exploration tools and analysis best practices. Guide predictive and prescriptive modeling, statistical analysis, and experimentation to deliver actionable solutions and deploy evaluation results. Provide strategic and thought leadership by identifying usage patterns and product gaps, then translating them into growth hypotheses and experiments. Tell compelling stories with data to stakeholders, feature teams, and leadership, clearly communicating insights, recommendations, and business impact. Doctorate in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field AND 3+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results) OR Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field AND 5+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results) OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field AND 7+ years data science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results) OR equivalent experience. 3+ years people-management experience.
