The role will establish and oversee an enterprise-wide Data Quality Management Framework.

Role Context
- The position is based in Doha, Qatar according to the job description.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data quality frameworks, standards, procedures, controls, KPIs, KRIs, and scorecards.
- Define and monitor rules for accuracy, completeness, consistency, validity, timeliness, uniqueness, and integrity.
- Set standards for Critical Data Elements and provide dashboards and management reporting.
- Lead data quality issue management from impact assessment and root cause analysis through remediation, validation, and escalation.
- Oversee data quality for regulatory, financial, risk, compliance, and management reporting, including audits and regulatory reviews.
- Ensure AI, ML, and advanced analytics data meets required quality standards.
- Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, IT, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and business teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience in data governance, data quality, data management, risk data management, regulatory reporting, or related areas.
- Banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Data Quality Management, Data Governance, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Reference Data, and MDM is required.
- Experience with Informatica, Collibra, Microsoft Purview, ABACUS, or an equivalent platform is required.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting, risk data, audits, and AI/ML data quality is preferred.
