Lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, adoption, governance, and value realization.
Manage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders while ensuring AI governance and measurable business outcomes.
Location and contract
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The contract is described as yearly renewable.
Experience requirements
- The role requires 15 or more years of professional experience with strong transformation program leadership.
- Candidates must have proven experience leading AI transformation programs.
- Experience in highly regulated environments is required.
Program leadership
- Lead enterprise AI transformation programs, roadmaps, delivery plans, and governance.
- Translate business objectives into AI use cases, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, contracts, and delivery performance.
Stakeholder and partner management
- Manage senior stakeholders, steering committees, vendors, system integrators, and external partners.
- Use executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to align transformation initiatives.
Governance and adoption
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, data protection, cybersecurity, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive AI adoption, change management, training, and value realization.
Technical knowledge
- Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, data governance, cybersecurity, and automation is required.
- The role requires understanding of LLM, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, agentic AI, agent orchestration, GPUs, and tokens.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP or AI certifications and consulting experience are preferred.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
