About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own overall delivery of Data Lakehouse program
- Establish and manage program governance framework, steering committees, and reporting cadence
- Ensure alignment to banking strategy, architecture, and regulatory requirements (NDMO/NDI)
- Lead assessment of Phase 1 deliverables and define rebuild vs reuse strategy
- Oversee execution of Phase 2 scope including source system onboarding, data model completion, historical data migration, and reporting repointing
- Ensure ≥99% data reconciliation accuracy across source systems, legacy DWH, and Data Lakehouse layers
- Act as primary interface between stakeholders, business teams, and multiple vendors
- Develop and manage program plan, execution roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization
- Identify and manage technical, data, and integration risks; maintain risk register
- Ensure readiness for reporting repointing and support data issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to architecture, security policies, and data governance standards
- Lead cross functional teams (onsite + offshore) managing architects, data engineers, testers, analysts
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), data warehousing (Teradata, Oracle), ETL/ELT platforms (Informatica, DataStage), Big Data ecosystem (Cloudera, Spark, Kafka)
- Experience in data migration and reconciliation
- Enterprise data modeling experience (FSLDM preferred)
- Banking and Financial Services domain expertise (mandatory)
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Strong governance, PMO, and reporting skills
- Experience managing large multi vendor programs
- Strong leadership and executive communication skills

Key Technical & Domain Skills

- Experience in data migration and reconciliation.

- Familiarity with regulatory reporting, AML, risk, payments, trade domains.
