About the Role
NMDC Infra seeks a Data Processor to manage survey data processing functions for geotechnical and ground improvement projects. The role involves preparing databases, timesheets, and assisting engineering staff with data analysis.

Responsibilities
- Manage and handle data processing functions on daily basis
- Prepare database based on daily Production; keep updates of changes during execution of project
- Prepare and record all the machinery and manpower timesheets
- Prepare and maintain database of all geotechnical data generated in a project
- Assist engineering staff in carrying out routine analysis/calculations by compiling relevant data
- Assist in document control of geotechnical engineering and ground improvement team
- Provide accurate information to Manager based on actual work done, performance, accidents/delays, and work forecasts
- Manage all communication between ground improvement operation team and supporting departments
- Develop excel and other database sheets, and technical code for data processing
- Resolve and troubleshoot problems affecting data processing functions
- Interact with cross functional teams to process and integrate related data
- Initiate and implement best practices and standards in data processing functions
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in survey data processing
- Experience in Infrastructure and Construction companies is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office, Jean Lutz, Excel & other database software, Power BI, AutoCAD

Principal Accountabilities
- Manage and handle data processing functions on daily basis.
- Prepare database based on daily Production; keep updates of changes during execution of project.
- Prepare and record all the machinery and manpower timesheets.
- Prepare and maintain database of all geotechnical data generated in a project.
- Assist engineering staff in carrying out routine analysis/calculations by compiling the relevant data and doing the required checks under supervision of a geotechnical engineer.
- Assist in document control of geotechnical engineering and ground improvement team by maintaining and updating the relevant registers.
- Work according to defined policies and procedures for effective, efficient and professional functioning of the ground improvement division.
- Provide accurate information to Manager based on actual work done | performance, accidents/delays and work forecasts aligned with site activities.
- Manage all the communication between the ground improvement operation team and the supporting departments.
- Develop excel and other database sheets, and technical code for data processing.
- Resolve and troubleshoot problems affecting data processing functions.
- Initiate and implement best practices and standards in data processing functions.
Education & Qualification
- Diploma/ Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in survey data processing.
- Experience in Infrastructure and Construction companies is a MUST.
