Data Process Specialist

The Data Process Specialist acts as a liaison between the clinical, quality, and reimbursement departments to deliver consistent, daily, critical evaluation of "Enter Services" to assure a smooth transition from clinical data to billing processes while meeting quality standards.

This position also ensures standardized processes to reduce and eliminate data errors in operations,quality, and reimbursement. Starting pay for this position is $18.27/hour.

High School graduate or equivalent. College and or computer training preferred. Provides own transportation and auto insurance and abides by all laws, rules and recommendations for safe driving while on duty. Maintains a valid driver's license. Demonstrates ability to work independently and execute own workload. Must be able to use and operate office equipment and technology. Demonstrates critical thinking skills. Demonstrates excellent communication, human relations, and analytical and problem solving skills. Minimum of 2 years of progressively more responsible related work experience. Demonstrates proficiency in typing/word processing. Ability to complete detailed processes. One-two years computer experience preferred. Able to maintain confidentiality Expected to work additional hours and weekends as determined. Ability to work well as team player and collaborate with multiple departments.
