Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant master’s degree with approximately 10–13 years of total experience, including 8–10 years in Data Management and 2–3 years of supervisory or lead experience.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree with approximately 12–15 years of total experience, including 9–11 years of relevant experience and 3–4 years of supervisory or lead experience.
- Strong professional communication capability is required.
- Arabic and English capability is strongly preferred for governance documentation and government stakeholder engagement.
Core Data Management Expertise
- Enterprise Data Governance framework design and operationalization.
- Data Management maturity assessments, gap analysis, and improvement roadmaps.
- Data Quality frameworks, controls, scorecards, monitoring, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning.
- Metadata management, including glossaries, dictionaries, catalogues, lineage, ownership, and stewardship.
- Master Data Management, reference data, Golden Record, matching, survivorship, deduplication, and authoritative sources.
- Enterprise data modeling, data classification, privacy, security, risk, retention, and regulatory compliance.
- Data exchange, interoperability, APIs, data contracts, integration standards, and cross-system data flows.
- Policies, standards, procedures, SOPs, governance playbooks, KPIs, risk registers, and executive reporting.
Emerging and Strategic Capabilities
Support AI-ready data through readiness assessments, quality evaluation, metadata, lineage, provenance, ownership, privacy-by-design, and ongoing governance.
Support Dubai Registers and authoritative data sources through register governance, unified definitions, identifiers, interoperability, and single-source-of-truth principles.
