About the Role
RBC Global Asset Management seeks a Data Management Analyst to maintain data integrity in the Data Operations team. You will create and maintain securities, issuers, accounts, and benchmarks, perform data quality checks, and collaborate with internal clients.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and enrich RBC Global Asset Management's data warehouse, including security classification, analytics, and reference data
- Perform data quality checks for core data and create securities on GAM's platforms with high accuracy
- Work with team members to ensure data standards are defined and enforced consistently
- Collaborate with internal clients to identify, document, and source data requirements
- Validate data, catch errors early, and escalate issues appropriately
- Support short to mid term project implementations and contribute to team deliverables
- Document business and technical processes to support knowledge sharing
- Develop toolsets and methods to improve data quality and availability
- Proactively seek opportunities to contribute beyond assigned tasks
- Identify patterns, recurring issues, and suggest proactive solutions to improve workflows
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in asset management or investment management operations
- Understanding of financial instruments (fixed income, equity, derivative securities) and data flows
- Strong attention to detail with ability to validate data and ensure accuracy
- Coachability and growth mindset: receptive to feedback, eager to learn
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
- Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL and/or Python (nice to have)

What is the opportunity?
- The Data Operations team is the backbone of data integrity at RBC Global Asset Management.
- Team creates and maintains securities, issuers, accounts, and benchmarks that power systems supporting investment operations.
- As a Data Management Analyst, you'll be a key contributor to day to day operations, ensuring accuracy and quality of data.
What will you do?

Salary Range
- Expected salary range: CAD 55,000 CAD 90,000.
- Eligible for discretionary/variable incentive payment.
